  • Developed and maintained relationship with 20+ client companies by assisting system level designs using Enseo products, and providing field testing and system debugging.
  • Responsible as the single point contact for a 16-month multi-partner project for any technical issues that came up during the full system design, development, test and deployment cycle.
  • Designed and coded applications to improve the QA workflow, and assist sales team for quick demo setup.
  • Effectively communicate with the developer team, customers and senior executives.
  • Updated all of the Enseo product literatures, and wrote app notes and user guides for new features.
